About this Award
This fund was established in 1997 by François Houle, professor at the Department of Political Science (now the School of Political Studies) of the University of Ottawa. Dr. Houle also served as associate vice-president, academic (2001–2005), dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences (2005–2009) and vice-president academic and provost (2009–2011).
