Purpose of this Award

The purpose of this fund, established by the Faculty of Medicine, is to provide assistance to students in financial need.

The faculty thanks the donors who have contributed to this fund, and the Government of Ontario for its matching contribution.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must:

  1. be registered as a part-time or full-time student at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ottawa
  2. demonstrate a history of satisfactory academic achievement
  3. be an Ontario resident, as per OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program) rules
  4. demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa
