Purpose of this Award

To assist undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled in or have completed their studies at a Latvian university

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must:

  1. be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected or refugee status, or an international student
  2. be enrolled in or have completed studies at a university in Latvia
  3. be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at the University of Ottawa
