Purpose of this Award
To provide financial assistance to students enrolled in the National Program or the Programme de droit
canadien at the Faculty of Law.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must:
- be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or a person with the protected/refugee status
- be registered full-time in the Faculty of Law's National Program, Civil Law or Common Law Section, or in the Programme de droit canadien
- meet the Ontario residency requirement, as per OSAP rules
- demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa

About this Award
This scholarship was created by Terence P. Badour, a graduate of the National Program (LL.B. '84) at the
Faculty of Law, in appreciation of the opportunities that the Law School offers and, in particular, the National
Program.
The family members wish to thank the Government of Ontario who helped to create this fund through their generous matching contributions.
