Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must:
- be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected or refugee status, or an international student
- be enrolled full or part time in a doctoral program in the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa
- demonstrate that their thesis deals with a practical topic related to private law
