About this Award
The C.D. Howe Memorial Foundation Scholarship for Student International Exchange (OTSS) was created to help strengthen the University of Ottawa's ability to provide for its best students in the Faculty of Social Sciences who require international experience to complete their education. This experience can be gained through international internships, exchanges or field research courses. The donor organization thanks the Government of Ontario who helped create this fund through its generous matching contributions. The donor organization also thanks the Faculty of Social Sciences and the University of Ottawa for their contributions toward the scholarship fund.
