About this Award

The Telfer Student Association (AéTSA) is committed to creating an inclusive and equitable environment for all students at the Telfer School of Management. Our values of accountability, culture, leadership and innovation guide us in our efforts to facilitate the Telfer Experience. We believe that individual excellence can be achieved through academic, personal and professional growth and that this growth is fostered through engagement and passion.

We are therefore dedicated to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in all our activities and initiatives. We recognize the importance of creating a community that reflects the diverse backgrounds of our students and celebrates and values this diversity. The Telfer Student Association strives to create opportunities for students from different backgrounds. Through this commitment, we hope to foster an environment where all students feel valued, supported and empowered to reach their full potential. With this EDI fund, the AéTSA hopes to remove financial barriers that may prevent these students from fully participating in their studies and to promote greater diversity and inclusion within the Telfer community.
