Purpose of this Award

To support Telfer senior students who are matched with mentors from outside of Ottawa, as part of the Telfer Executive Mentorship Program, to ensure that they can meet their mentor in person at least once.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must:

  1. be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected or refugee status, or an international student
  2. be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa
  3. be participating in the Telfer Executive Mentorship Program
  4. be matched with a mentor located outside of Ottawa
Note: Funds allocated will be used to defray the costs of a trip to meet the student’s mentor in person.

  1. a letter of motivation from the applicant (max. 500 words)
