Purpose of this Award

The Professional Training Scholarship is offered to newly admitted students who are undertaking university studies in the Faculty of Education, in the Faculty of Medicine (MD and PharmD Programs) or in the Faculty of Law Common Law Section.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must:

  1. be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or have protected person or refugee status
  2. be registered full time, and for the first time, in an undergraduate program in the Faculty of Education, in the Faculty of Medicine (MD and PharmD Programs) or in the Faculty of Law Common Law Section
  3. have an excellent academic record
