About this Award
This scholarship has been established to assist students at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) at the University of Ottawa in pursuing scholastic and career-building activities that contribute to their overall student experience. It is based on the idea that while knowledge can be directly supported through the University, imagination, which is often built on new and personally transformative initiatives, needs further financial support. As Albert Einstein put it, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create.”
