Purpose of this Award
To provide financial assistance to students admitted in the Audiology and Speech-Language
Pathology Program at School of Rehabilitation Sciences of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the
University of Ottawa, and whose education would otherwise be compromised.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must:
- be admitted full-time to the first year of the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Program at the School of Rehabilitation Sciences of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Ottawa
- be an Ontario resident, as per OSAP rules
- demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa
- have an academic average of at least B+

About this Award
This fund was created in honour of the fifth anniversary of the Audiology and Speech-Language
Pathology Program at the School of Rehabilitation Sciences of the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The Program solicited the contribution from two organizations, namely: Harmonize for Speech
Fund Ontario District Association of Chapters, and CONDAR Consulting Inc.
The Program and donors thank the Alumni Association of the University of Ottawa and the
Government of Ontario who helped create this fund through their generous matching
contributions.
